Choir Members
Notable Events
The choir regularly gets invoved in community event which are great fun. These include;
- Turning on of the Llanishen Christmas tree lights
- The Lisvane Community Association Christmas event
- Christmas and Summer concerts
- The Lisvane Festival Fete
They have also been asked to get involved in the "Shoulder to Shoulder" performed by the Swansea Arts Production in conjunction with Lisvane Men's Shed. These were sold out performances at The Tramshed and The Memorial Hall.

July '20 - Revision of Choir Constitution (See revision 3 - see below) July '19 - The 2019 Choir AGM took place on 3rd July at the Lisvane Memorial Hall. July '18 - The 2018 Choir AGM took place on 18th July at 8pm at the Lisvane Memorial Hall. Sept '17 - The Choir donated £500 to Velindre Cancer Care and £250 to the Forget-me-not-Choir. July '17 - The 2017 Choir AGM took place on 19th July at 8pm at the Lisvane Memorial Hall. July '16 - The Lisvane Festival concert donations of £500 were divided equally between two charities, “Believe” and the “Progressive Supranuclear Palsy Association (PSPA)”. Although the Huggard concert was not organised by the Choir, nonetheless, we also helped to raise nearly £1100 for the Centre. The Christmas tree lighting event also raised £200 for the Velindre hospital charity. July '15- Good News! The Llysfaen Singers has obtained Registered Charity status. Registered Charity No.1162703. The choir donated £250 each to two charities supported at the Summer Concert. Cheques were presented to “Music in Hospitals” and “LATCH”. |
